As per the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) and related legislation, this text has been drafted to inform and enlighten you about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed and to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, as well as the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.
Your Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
As per the law, the data such as your name-surname, e-mail address, work and/or home address, GSM number, telephone number, IP addresses, etc. that you have shared through the contact form on this site are deemed to be personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698.
Processing of your personal data refers to any operation performed upon personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, re-organisation, disclosure, transferring, taking over, making retrievable, classification or preventing the use thereof, fully or partially through automatic means or provided that the process is a part of any data registry system, through non-automatic means.

Plan and undertake the activities necessary for the presentation, recommendation and promotion of the products and services offered by MASDAF to the relevant persons;
Secure the legal, technical, commercial and business of MASDAF and related persons who engage in business relations with MASDAF;
Fulfil the legal obligations of MASDAF and meet the demands of public authorities based on the law.
MASDAF processes the personal data shared by you, our visitors, on this website by taking the administrative and technical measures required by the Law for the purposes of contacting you by promotion, marketing, telephone, text message, and electronic mail, as well as sending commercial electronic messages containing data, audio, and video content for commercial purposes via telephone call center, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recorder systems, electronic mail, and short message service via your contact addresses upon your request and consent, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; and records and stores the content of electronic messages and other records to be submitted to the relevant public institutions under the applicable legislation.
Your log records, required to be kept to fulfil our legal obligations under Law No. 5651 for your visits to our website, are kept in accordance with the applicable legislation and retained for the periods set forth by Law No. 5651.
Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data
Any data that identifies or makes identifiable your identity is “personal data.” Your personal data collected during your visit to our website is collected by means of cookies, which are technical communication files, and by filling in the sections related to the contact data in the form field on our website, in accordance with the data processing conditions set out in the Law. Measures on Personal Data
Your personal data will be stored either in electronic and/or physical media. Your personal data acquired and stored by our company will be stored and processed during the legal retention period or, if such a period is not set forth, for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the period required by your request, by taking administrative measures, including the necessary business processes, and technical measures, and advancements in technical security infrastructure, to avoid unauthorised access, disclosure to third parties, loss, storage in an accurate and upto-date manner and to prevent damage. When this period expires or upon your request, your personal data will be erased, destroyed, or anonymised and removed from our corporate data pool in accordance with the data disposal policy of MASDAF.

MASDAF shall neither disclose the data you have shared with third parties, except for communication, messaging, and marketing related to new products launched by MASDAF, without prejudice to the cases where required by law
Data Controller and Its Representative
In accordance with the law, MASDAF, acting as the data controller, may process your personal data as outlined herein. MASDAF is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system by determining the purposes and means of processing personal data stored in the database.
Your Rights Under the Law
As personal data subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

To request information on whether his personal data is processed,
To learn the purpose of his data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
To know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
To request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, and request notification of the operations carried out in respect thereof to third parties to whom his personal data has been transferred,
Despite being processed under the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and provisions of other laws, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data upon the disappearance of reasons which require the processing and request notification of the operations carried out in respect thereof to third parties to whom his personal data has been transferred,
To object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his personal data, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for the data subject,
To request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his personal data,
You can file these requests under the applicable legislation in accordance with the methods set out in the Data Subject Application Procedure, which has been publicly announced on the website www.masdaf.com, and the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
If you submit your application to MASDAF by filling in the personal data application form published on www.masdaf.com or by applying in person, through a notary public, or via a registered electronic mail (REM) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to MASDAF by the relevant person and rand registered in their system, or by using another written document with your wet signature that includes the mandatory details from the application form, or through software or an application designed for this purpose that allows for authentication of identity, MASDAF shall finalise your claim free of charge as soon as possible, in any case no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the claim.
