Purpose of Masdaf Human Resources Department

The objective of the Masdaf Human Resources Department is to recruit a skilled workforce by optimising human resources in alignment with the company’s vision, prepare and develop the necessary infrastructure to achieve the company’s goals, and establish a learning and creative organisation by using contemporary management techniques.

The first key to success at Masdaf is ‘human resources’. Our employees hold a great share in achieving our goals.

We hold the conviction that our human resources should comprise individuals who are capable of accomplishing our vision and strategies, setting conditions that will motivate them, and managing all these effectively. As the “human resources department of Masdaf”, our goal is to position Masdaf, the leading brand in the pump industry, as the top preference among companies where individuals aspire to work. In pursuit of this goal, we manage our efforts under the roof of Human Resources in an integrated manner:

Career Planning at Masdaf

 Masdaf—the leading brand of the pump industry—continuously monitors the development of its employees and evaluates their performance through the “Target and Competency Based Performance Management System.” This system, implemented by the relevant department managers, enables employees to direct their careers and provides them with training and development opportunities to improve themselves. The design is centred around the concept of establishing a system that fosters development for both individuals and organisations.


Attaching importance to rewarding success, Masdaf has adopted a remuneration system based on performance, job descriptions, and the market. This remuneration policy, which is based on job evaluation, seeks to guarantee that wages remain competitive and aligned with market standards. Furthermore, annual market wage surveys are used to determine remuneration practices.
