Warranty Conditions

Warranty Period


The warranty period for our products is two years, beginning from the date of delivery.


Terms of Validity


Any warranty certificate that is neither dated, stamped, nor signed by the seller or dealer shall be invalid.


Warranty Coverage


Damages and malfunctions (scratches, breakage, rupture, etc.) caused by user errors or use in violation of the instructions specified in the user manual shall be excluded from the warranty. All other parts are under the guarantee of our company during the warranty period.


Consumables


KParts that wear out, become outdated, or lose their functionality over time due to usage, as well as any malfunctions resulting from these issues, are not covered by the warranty


Unauthorised Action


Any actions by persons other than authorised service providers shall fully invalidate the warranty of the product.


Electricity Fluctuations


Any malfunctions caused by voltage drop or surge are not covered by the warranty.

 

Repair Time


In case of faults during the warranty period:


  • The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair time.
  • The maximum duration for repairs is 20 working days.
  • The period commences upon the receipt of the notification of malfunction by the service station or, in the absence of such, by the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer.
  • Notification can be served by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter with return receipt, etc. In case of a dispute, the consumer bears the burden of proof.
  • If it is not possible to repair the malfunction within 10 working days, the manufacturer/importer shall be obliged to temporarily offer a similar product to the consumer until the repair has been completed.


Definition of Working Day


Working days exclude national, official, and religious holidays, as well as New Year’s Day, May 1st, and Sundays.


Free Repair


Any malfunctions caused by material, workmanship, or assembly faults during the warranty period shall be repaired without any charge.


Consumer Rights


In the following cases, the consumer may claim free replacement of the product, a refund of the price, or a discount in proportion to the defect:


  • During the warranty period, malfunctions of the product occur at least four times within one year and at least six times during the total warranty period, and the use of the product is prevented by these malfunctions; 
  • Exceeding the maximum repair time;
  • Documentation of the impossibility of repairing the malfunction by a report to be issued by the seller/dealer/agencies if there is no service station.

Furthermore, the seller/dealer/agency shall be responsible for issuing the warranty certificate and delivering it to the consumer.


Invoice and Warranty Certificate

Product invoices shall never be substituted for warranty certificates. Nonetheless, the invoice issued following the repair and replacement of parts at service stations may substitute for the warranty certificate, provided it contains the conditions set forth in the legislation.


Right to Apply

 

In case of any problems related to the warranty certificate, consumers can apply to the General Directorate for the Protection of Consumers and Competition of the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.
