Masdaf, a leading brand in fluid technologies, continues to expand its team with the most experienced professionals in the field. The company has appointed Ceyda Yazıcı, who stands out with 21 years of human resources experience, as its new Human Resources and Culture Manager.
Ceyda Yazıcı completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Istanbul University and her master’s degree in Marketing Communication and Public Relations at Bahçeşehir University. She began her career as a Press and Public Relations Officer at Sabri Özel Tekstil. She then held positions as Human Resources Manager at Bozlu Holding, Human Resources and Communication Consultant at MyD Management Consulting, and Human Resources Manager at ABS Alçı. Most recently, Yazıcı served as Human Resources and Culture Director and Executive Board Member at Ode Yalıtım, where she became known for her expertise in corporate culture transformation and change management.
Starting from August 12, 2025, Ceyda Yazıcı has taken on the role of Human Resources and Culture Manager at Masdaf, and she will also serve as a Member of the Executive Board.
