Consultancy and System Optimisation

We aim to achieve significant energy savings and reduce CO₂ emissions by providing consultancy and optimisation services for inefficient pump systems. Our goal is to replace pumps that have reached the end of their service life, operate inefficiently, and increase energy consumption and operating costs — with high-efficiency pump systems that are compatible with existing infrastructure and offer a shorter payback period for our customers’ investments. <h3>Energy Consumption Control</h3>Over a pump’s 10-year lifespan, the initial investment and maintenance costs account for only 10–15% of the total expenses — the remaining costs stem from energy consumption.
To help businesses minimize and control the expenses arising from pump systems, we offer an Energy Consumption Control service.

 <h3>Replacement of Pump</h3>We replace your pumps that have reached their end-of-life, consumed high energy, and raised operating costs with energy-efficient pump systems compatible with the existing system, thus shortening the payback period of the investment and reducing your operating costs. <h3>Commissioning</h3>We commission your pumps, manufactured in accordance with your different project needs, especially fire pumps, by our expert technical team. <h3>Adjustment of Laser Coupling</h3>The coupling of special pumps suitable for heavy-duty conditions is precisely adjusted with the Laser Coupling Adjuster in Masdaf facilities. The pumps for which the pre-adjustment is completed in the factory are inspected in the field, and a smooth commissioning process is guaranteed. <h3>3rd Party Audit</h3>We can provide additional 3rd-party certifications according to your requests. <h3>Detailed Pump Test</h3>Our pumps manufactured in our Düzce and Tuzla plants are subjected to balance, performance, NPSH, and suction tests. All pumps are quality assured with hydrostatic and performance tests before shipment.

Warranty, Maintenance and Contracts

We customise cost-effective service contracts to meet your particular requirements and budget. <h3>Warranty Period</h3> The warranty period for our products is two years, beginning from the date of delivery. <h3>Terms of Validity</h3> Any warranty certificate that is neither dated, stamped, nor signed by the seller or dealer shall be invalid. <h3>Warranty Coverage</h3> Damages and malfunctions (scratches, breakage, rupture, etc.) caused by user errors or use in violation of the instructions specified in the user manual shall be excluded from the warranty. All other parts are under the guarantee of our company during the warranty period. <h3>Consumables</h3> Parts that wear out, become outdated, or lose their functionality over time due to usage, as well as any malfunctions resulting from these issues, are not covered by the warranty. <h3>Unauthorised Action</h3> Any actions by persons other than authorised service providers shall invalidate the warranty of the product. <h3>Electricity Fluctuations</h3> Any malfunctions caused by voltage drop or surge are not covered by the warranty. <h3>Repair Time</h3> In case of faults during the warranty period:<ul><li>The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair time.</li><li>The maximum duration for repairs is 20 working days.</li><li>The period commences upon the receipt of the notification of malfunction by the service station or, in the absence of such, by the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer.</li><li>Notification can be served by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter with return receipt, etc. In case of a dispute, the consumer bears the burden of proof.</li><li>If it is not possible to repair the malfunction within 10 working days, the manufacturer/importer shall be obliged to temporarily offer a similar product to the consumer until the repair has been completed. </li></ul><h3> </h3> <h3>Definition of Working Day</h3> Working days exclude national, official, and religious holidays, as well as New Year’s Day, May 1st, and Sundays. <h3>Free Repair</h3> Any malfunctions caused by material, workmanship, or assembly faults during the warranty period shall be repaired without any charge. <h3>Consumer Rights</h3> In the following cases, the consumer may claim free replacement of the product, a refund of the price, or a discount in proportion to the defect:<ul><li>During the warranty period, malfunctions of the product occur at least four times within one year and at least six times during the total warranty period, and the use of the product is prevented by these malfunctions;</li><li>Exceeding the maximum repair time;</li><li>Documentation of the impossibility of repairing the malfunction by a report to be issued by the seller/dealer/agencies if there is no service station.</li></ul>Furthermore, the seller/dealer/agency shall be responsible for issuing the warranty certificate and delivering it to the consumer. <h3>Invoice and Warranty&nbsp;Certificate</h3> Product invoices cannot be used as a substitute for warranty certificates. However, an invoice issued after the repair or replacement of parts at authorized service stations may serve as a warranty certificate, provided it includes the conditions specified in the relevant legislation. <h3>Right to Apply</h3> In the event of any issues concerning the warranty certificate, consumers may apply to the General Directorate for Consumer Protection and Competition under the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

Spare Parts

In the event of a malfunction, we provide original spare parts—tested for pump technologies and available within 24 hours—to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions.
During the warranty period, pump system components are replaced free of charge. We also guarantee the availability of original spare parts for up to 10 years following the sale of the pump system.
